Start with your people, then choose the ride
You do not need to know a vehicle model to enquire. If your family, friends or team have outgrown a 7-seater, send us the total passenger count, including children, and your luggage requirements. We will discuss a suitable vehicle and quote for your dates.
For groups of 8–16 travellers wanting to stay together, ask about the 14- and 16-seater Urbania options. For smaller groups, or travellers with different pickup times and destinations, we also offer Innova, Ertiga, Dzire Tour and cab enquiries. Seats, luggage space and vehicle availability are confirmed before booking.
One fleet, different kinds of journeys
| Vehicle option | Discuss it for |
|---|---|
| 14- or 16-seater Urbania | Larger families, group airport transfers, team outings and Kerala tours together. |
| Innova | Smaller groups, airport journeys and private family trips. Confirm the available seating layout. |
| Maruti Suzuki Ertiga | Family outings and local or outstation travel. Share the passenger and luggage count. |
| Dzire Tour & cabs | Smaller parties, city trips, airport pickup and drop, or individual journeys. |
If your group is bigger than one vehicle can accommodate, tell us the numbers and whether you need to travel together. Any additional vehicle arrangement must be discussed and confirmed; it is not an automatic part of the booking.
Airport arrivals, family trips and team outings
Book around the occasion: an extended-family holiday, an airport pickup for your group, a corporate outing, a staff journey or transport to a chosen retreat venue. Share multiple pickups and all stops when you enquire, so we can discuss the route as a whole.
Travel services cover Kerala, including journeys from Kochi and Kakkanad, Cochin International Airport transfers, hill-country trips and coastal or backwater stays. Your vehicle choice should fit both the people and the itinerary.
Comfort and clean interiors across the fleet
ROAVAN focuses on air-conditioned travel, comfortable seating and clean, cared-for interiors. Urbania adds premium push-back seats, an air purifier and an 18-litre refrigerator. Ask us about the equipment fitted to your chosen vehicle.
A quote for your actual journey
Send your dates, pickup and drop locations, total travellers, luggage and preferred stops. We will confirm the suitable vehicle, availability, seating layout and price. Ask for kilometre limits, driver allowance, tolls, parking, taxes, waiting time, payment and cancellation terms before booking.
Planning a larger group?
Can I enquire if we have more than 7 passengers?
Yes. ROAVAN welcomes enquiries for groups of 8 or more. Tell us the exact number and luggage requirements; 14- and 16-seater Urbania options are available for enquiry, subject to confirmation for your dates.
Do I have to book an Urbania?
No. We also offer Innova, Ertiga, Dzire Tour and cab options. We will discuss what suits your group and itinerary. A smaller vehicle cannot carry more people than its permitted passenger capacity.
Can you take groups larger than 16?
Send the total group size and itinerary for discussion. Any suitable arrangement, number of vehicles and availability must be confirmed directly with ROAVAN before booking.
Do you offer a shared shuttle or seats on another group’s trip?
The website accepts private vehicle and group transport enquiries. It does not advertise an individual-seat shuttle timetable. Contact ROAVAN to discuss your requirements.
