Choose a few places rather than racing through every stop. Munnar and Thekkady bring hill and forest landscapes; Alappuzha and Kumarakom suit a backwater-focused journey. Add Fort Kochi for heritage streets, Varkala for the coast, or discuss Wayanad and Bekal for a longer northern route.
Pick the vehicle for your group
Ask about Dzire Tour, Ertiga and Innova for smaller groups, or 14- and 16-seater Urbania for travelling together. Share your luggage needs, dates, pickup location, number of nights and must-see places. We will discuss a suitable vehicle and a practical route.
Group retreats and stays
If you are arranging a wellness retreat, Ayurveda stay, yoga break or team getaway, send the chosen property and arrival times. We can discuss group travel around your programme. Accommodation, wellness sessions, meals, entry tickets and activities are separate unless explicitly included in the agreed quote.
Connect your arrival and departure
Start with an airport pickup, include the stops and overnight locations you want, and finish with an airport or other drop. The final itinerary should allow for road conditions, weather, local access and time at each destination. Confirm all inclusions and booking terms directly with ROAVAN.

Are hotels and sightseeing tickets included?
The vehicle enquiry does not automatically include hotels, houseboats, attraction tickets or activities. Only the inclusions explicitly confirmed in your written quote apply.
