A transfer planned around your flight
Share your flight number, arrival or departure date, terminal if known, pickup address and destination. For a departure, tell us when you need to reach the airport. Our team will discuss a pickup time, allowing for the route and likely conditions. Road estimates on this website are approximate and do not use live traffic.
Choose around people and luggage
Ask about Dzire Tour, Ertiga or Innova for smaller parties, and 14- or 16-seater Urbania for larger groups. Tell us how many large suitcases, cabin bags and passengers you have. Passenger count alone does not determine luggage capacity; the seating layout and suitable vehicle are confirmed before booking.
Airport to your Kerala itinerary
Travel onward to Kochi or Kakkanad, or discuss a route to Munnar, Alappuzha, Kumarakom, Thekkady or another Kerala destination. An airport transfer can be the first or last leg of a longer tour. Send all stops together so we can quote the complete journey.
Agree the details before you travel
Ask for the total quote, pickup meeting point, driver contact arrangements, waiting-time policy, flight-delay handling, parking, tolls and any applicable additional charges. Transfers are confirmed after ROAVAN agrees availability, pricing and booking terms with you.
Before you book
Can I arrange a late-night or early-morning airport pickup?
Send the flight details and requested pickup time. We will confirm vehicle and driver availability for that time before accepting the booking.
Is the airport fare shown online?
We provide a personalised quote based on vehicle, route, travel date, timing and requirements. The distance calculator is a route estimate, not a fare calculator.
Do you provide airport staff transport too?
Yes, you can enquire about recurring staff and crew journeys. Use our airport staff transport page to share shift times, stops, passenger numbers and the service period.
